myPOS provides businesses with mobile payment terminals and online payment solutions. Since joining, I've focused on discovering user problems and designing empathetic solutions while collaborating with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers on a daily basis.

At myPOS, I've designed advanced features such as SEO management and email automations for online shops. I've also introduced product analytics, fostering data-driven decision-making. Last year, I led the redesign of our web application, enhancing user experience and functionality through the application of quantitative and qualitative research.

I spent the first two years of my career at Onsites Group, a startup that builds digital products in the fields of education and career marketing. As a product manager, I was responsible for defining product strategy and vision. I also oversaw digital projects from end-to-end.

I helped the company earn its first few thousand users and streamline existing flows by conducting usability testing and designing new solutions. Some of the results included a 14% decrease in cart abandonment rate and a 19% increase in returning visitors.
